Sparkling Punch

1 (12oz) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
4 cups white cranberry juice cocktail
1 qt. club soda, chilled or ginger ale
Garnish: fresh mint sprigs

Stir and chill frozen pink lemonade and juice for 1 hour. Stire in club soda just before serving.

Champagne Punch: Substitue 1 (750ml) bottle extra dry champagne or sparkling wine & 1/4 cup orange liquer for club soda.
