Bread Challenge

I love the smell of bread baking in the oven. And there's nothing better than eating bread warm out of the oven with butter or jam. I love browsing the bread aisle at my local grocery store. It's very rare that I actually buy bakery bread because of the cost. Four dollars or more for a loaf of bread is just too much for me! Today I was thinking that I would really like to enjoy fresh bread more often. So, I have decided to make at least one homeade bread every week in 2011. I can't wait to get started!
